REFUND POLICY
Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
We want you to love Pycey. Take it consistently for 60 days, and if you're not feeling the difference, email us at support@pycey.com for a full refund. You don't need to send anything back. This covers your first order so you can try Pycey with confidence.
How to request a refund.
Email support@pycey.com with the email address or order number you used at checkout. We'll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions.
You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription any time from your account or by emailing support@pycey.com. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, make your changes at least 1 business day before your renewal date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it falls outside the satisfaction guarantee unless you're trying Pycey for the first time.
Damaged or defective product.
If your order shows up damaged or defective, email us at support@pycey.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
