    SHIPPING POLICY

    Free shipping during early access.

    For our launch, we're offering free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. No minimums and no codes, it's free while early access is on. This is a limited launch offer, so it won't last forever.

     Subscriptions always ship free.

    When you subscribe, your orders ship free for as long as you're subscribed, even after the launch offer ends. It's one of the perks of keeping your creatine on autopilot.

    Pre-orders.

    Pycey officially ships on July 15. If you order before then, you're a pre-order, and your card is charged at checkout to lock in your spot and your launch pricing. Every pre-order ships on or around July 15 in the order it came in. You'll get a tracking email the moment yours is on its way.

    Order processing.

    After launch, orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed the next business day.

    Delivery times.

    Once your order ships, standard delivery within the continental US usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories can take a little longer. These are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed, but the vast majority of orders land in that window.

     Tracking.

    You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you made an account at checkout, you can also find tracking in your order history.

    Wrong address or a change of plans.

    If you need to update your shipping address, reach out as soon as you can and we'll do our best to catch it before your order ships. Once a package is on its way we can't reroute it, so the sooner you tell us the better.
